We will be hosting a special one-night-only Makers Dinner, welcoming Jennifer Denizot, owner and winemaker of Domaine Denizot, one of the most prominent producers in Sancerre, Loire Valley.

 

When you hear Sancerre, many may imagine a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. However, the wines produced by Domaine Denizot possess a depth and complexity that far exceed that image.

 

The expression of single plots, including the renowned "Les Monts Damnés," the concentration derived from old vines, and the new charm of Sancerre that blossoms with aging.

 

At this dinner, you will experience the full spectrum of the Domaine's world, from the Pouilly-Fumé served in a certain airline's first class, to their top cuvée, and even a Sancerre Rouge made from Pinot Noir that, like a Côte de Nuits from a bygone era, overflows with purity.

 

On the day of the event, Jennifer Denizot herself will speak directly about the unique characteristics of each vineyard, her winemaking philosophy, and the future of Sancerre. It's a valuable opportunity.

 

The venue is the members-only restaurant "Na Team lab" in Ebisu. We will prepare a course meal that perfectly complements Sancerre, featuring seasonal Japanese ingredients.

 

With a small group, you can enjoy conversations with the producer and a pairing dinner at a comfortable distance.

 

The capacity is limited to just 6 people. This special event is recommended not only for Sancerre lovers but also for those who want to discover new charms of wine.
