This 100% Viognier wine is grown on the slopes of the Northern Rhône-Seyssuel region. After hand-picking, it undergoes low-temperature fermentation and aging on the lees, resulting in a gorgeous aroma of apricot, white flowers, and honey. The smooth fruitiness, moderate acidity, and minerality are exquisitely balanced, making it an excellent partner for chicken, seafood, and cheese dishes. Elegant and easy to drink, this white wine is perfect for special occasions or everyday use.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Bright golden color. The gorgeous aroma of apricot, peach, and white flowers spreads.
There are also subtle hints of butter and honey.
In the mouth, the rich fruitiness and smooth acidity spread in a well-balanced way, with a mineral finish that tightens the finish. The long finish leaves a light toasty aroma and a creamy taste, making this an elegant and satisfying white wine.

Pairing
Chicken stewed in cream sauce
Grilled scallops and white fish
Pasta with ricotta and gorgonzola
