Return Deadline and Conditions:
Due to the nature of the products being beverages, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted. Please be sure to exercise caution when placing your order.
Additionally, even when using chilled delivery services, temperature changes may occur within a short period, resulting in liquid leakage. Please understand that we cannot accept exchanges or returns because there are no issues with the quality of the wine (all products are visually checked before packaging).
For returns or exchanges due to our company's reasons, we have set a deadline (within 7 days from the arrival date of the product). Please note that we cannot accommodate requests beyond 7 days after the product arrives.
Return Shipping Fee:
For returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect item delivery, we will bear the return shipping fee. However, as a general rule, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
Defective Products:
In the unlikely event of receiving defective products, we will check our inventory and exchange them for new or equivalent products. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. Please note that we cannot accept return or exchange requests after this period has passed.
