Return Period and Conditions
Due to the nature of our products as beverages, returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience are generally not accepted. Please place your order with care.
Please also note that even when using refrigerated (chilled) delivery, rapid temperature changes may occur within a short period of time, which can occasionally cause leakage. As this does not affect the quality of the wine, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in such cases. All products are visually inspected before packing.
For returns or exchanges attributable to our company, a deadline is set at within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Please note that we cannot respond to requests made after 7 days from delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery caused by our company, return shipping costs will be borne by us. As a general rule, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
Defective Products
In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new product or an equivalent item.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Event Refund Policy
Conditions for Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if the event is canceled due to the organizer’s decision or if the event cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
Non-Refundable Conditions
In the case of cancellation due to the customer’s personal reasons, a full refund will be provided up to 3 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable.
