Payment Timing

  • Credit card: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

  • Cash on Delivery: Please pay in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt.

  • Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided after your order. Shipment will be made after payment is confirmed. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of the order date, the order may be canceled.

  • PayPay / Rakuten Pay: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Time
If no delivery date is specified, orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the order date.

Returns and Exchanges
If the product is defective, we will replace it at our expense.
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference cannot be accepted due to product condition considerations.
