Jura

East of Burgundy, in the hills that rise towards the Swiss border, lies the Jura. It is a treasury of indigenous grapes — Savagnin, Trousseau, Poulsard — and the home of wines made nowhere else on earth: vin jaune, aged for more than six years under a veil of flor, and the lusciously sweet vin de paille, pressed from grapes dried on straw.

Their singular flavours of walnut, green apple and spice find a perfect foil in the region's own Comté and Mont d'Or. A small appellation, but a deep and endlessly rewarding one — we hope you enjoy exploring it.
