Since childhood, Olivier's favourite playgrounds have been the vineyards and cellars of Domaine Montrose, a family estate founded in 1701 in Pézenas.
It was through this hands-on training that Olivier developed a deep attachment to the terroirs and landscapes of the Languedoc, and later to wine.
Olivier and his team are committed to respecting the environment so that future generations can benefit from the heritage that nature has to offer.
Today he is at the head of Domaine Montrose, and in 2018 he will be buying Château des Adouzes with his sister, a property in the Faugère appellation.
