As a child, Olivier's favorite playground was the vineyards and cellars of Domaine Montrose, founded in Pézenas in 1701.
It was from this pristine landscape that Olivier developed a deep love for the terroir and landscapes of the Languedoc, and later for wine.
Olivier and his team are committed to preserving the environment so that future generations can enjoy the benefits of nature's abundance.
He is currently the head of Domaine Montrose and in 2018 he and his sister purchased Château des Adeuses in Faugères, where he also devotes his efforts.
