Production

Cultivation
Soil: Clay-limestone
We practice a holistic approach that considers the environment, including sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and reducing CO2 emissions.

brewing
The harvested grapes are destemmed and then placed in tanks for maceration (skin soaking).
Using traditional brewing methods, the wine is kept at a temperature of 18-24°C and has a light remontage (liquor circulation) to bring out the orange color while avoiding bitterness.

After 7 days of maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and the free-run juice is separated from the pressed juice and clarified separately.
After blending the two, the wine is aged in tanks for six months before being bottled.
