A wine of integrity and innovation, born from 14 generations of passion
For over 14 generations, Famille Fabre has been passionate about winemaking, honing its skills and business foundations. Since 1605, the family has maintained a loyalty to the land and currently owns five châteaux in the Languedoc region.
We place great importance on the environment and careful work, striving to maximize the characteristics of the terroir through rigorous plot selection, grape cultivation, and aging and winemaking techniques.
The Fabre family values their close relationship with nature. Louis Fabre led the transition to organic viticulture in 1991, making them one of the first producers in the Languedoc to embrace environmentally conscious winemaking. Today, environmentally conscious farming and winemaking remain a priority, and the family is constantly exploring new methods and solutions to environmental challenges.
Generations have nurtured an innate sense of invention and innovation: from André Fabre's harvesting wagonettes to Louis Andreu's colorimeter, a device for measuring the color of wine, this openness to new ideas is central to our commitment to quality.
The Fabre family is made up of many talented individuals united not only by blood but also by heart, and they have built their family history on the values of honesty and generosity.
From bud to fruit, juice to wine, field to bottle, the Fabre family works humbly and in the face of the harsh forces of nature.
