Light red color with subtle tones. It has a vibrant aroma of red currants, complemented by smoky and peaty flavors. This is a light and delicate Pinot Noir.

Pairing
Grilled fish or meat with white sauce. It is recommended to drink it chilled at 8-10 °C.

Production

Harvested at full ripeness, maceration at controlled temperature for 8-10 days to extract the best from the fruit, then aged in wooden barrels for 12 months.
