This wine is made from a blend of black and White grapes that ripen simultaneously during the early harvest, showcasing the fruity sweetness of Syrah and the velvety floral aromas of Viognier.
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Ruby color with a hint of purple. Aromas of balsamic and mint, reminiscent of kumquat. The palate is supple, with aromas of cassis, honeysuckle, fresh almond, and violet. A fruity and well-balanced finish that is pleasing.

Pairing
Serve as an aperitif with delicious tapas, grilled meats or tagines.

Production

To ensure aromatic harmony, the grapes are blended at the same time as they are harvested. Fermentation is controlled by temperature control.
