Tasting notes
Beautiful light gold color. The aromas of limoncello, lemon confit, and white flowers. In the mouth, it unfolds a complex flavor of spices and minerals.

Pairing
Teriyaki barnacles and sea urchins.

Production

Slow pressing and sorting. Vinification without added sulfites. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring.
