Tasting notes
Beautiful golden color. The aromas of curry, spices, orange peel, and ginger. The taste is mineral-driven, with flavors of orange peel and citrus fruits unfolding. It has a crispness and an impression of complexity, with a long and delicate finish.

Chicken and morel or spicy dish

Production

Malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The three grape varieties are blended after fermentation. A small amount of sulfite is added before bottling.
