[A drop of art cultivated with passion, where you can taste the essence of Nuits]
Vincent Godier's origins date back to 2009, when he purchased a small vineyard near Nuits-Saint-Georges that had been inherited from Domaine Chopin. He owns 1 hectare in Nuits-Saint-Georges-Les-Charmottes and just 0.4 hectares in Chambolle-Musigny, next to Christophe Roumier's plot.
The fields are cultivated naturally and simply, taking advantage of the soil and climate. Since 2016, organic farming has been practiced, weed control is avoided, and the soil's moisture is controlled, making good use of the natural vitality of the soil.
By constantly watching over the vines, they are able to produce dense, natural fruit. Vincent Godier produces only 5,000 bottles of wine per year, and pours his passion into it.
