Pinot Noir harvested from a small plot, with half of the grapes destemmed. Wonderful aromas of cassis and soft spices. The robust tannins provide excellent structure, making it a great Burgundy wine.
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Aromas of cherry, strawberry, and cassis. This wine is complex and elegant, with flavors of black fruits and spices. While youthful and powerful, it has elegant tannins. The finish is exceptional.

Pairing
Great for roasted lamb, T-bones, duck breast, game or even strong cheeses.

Production

50% of the grapes are destemmed. Prior to fermentation, a one-week cold maceration is conducted. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in tanks under temperature control, followed by a long maceration. The wine is aged for 15 months in oak barrels (30% new, 30% one-year-old, and 30% three-year-old).
