Made from 50% destemmed grapes, macerated at low temperature for one week before fermentation. Aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant. A complex and elegant wine. The flavor of black fruit and spices spreads. It has a powerful fruitiness, yet has elegant tannins and a wonderful aftertaste.

Technical Data

50% uses destemmed grapes. Before fermentation, low-temperature maceration is performed for one week. Alcohol fermentation takes place in a tank under temperature control, followed by long maceration. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels (30% new, 30% 1 year old, 30% 3 year old).
