Ruby in color with a purple tint. The aroma has nuances of cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant, and minerals. The taste is very long, complex, and delicate. The black fruit is dominant, and the spicy finish gives it a powerful feel. A wine with a well-balanced structure.

Technical Data

50% uses destemmed grapes. Before fermentation, low-temperature maceration is performed for one week. Alcohol fermentation takes place in a tank under temperature control, followed by long maceration. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels (30% new, 30% 1 year old, 30% 3 year old).
