Tasting notes
A concentrated yet refreshing taste, with a pronounced citrus fruit blend and a hint of oak. The rich, fresh fruit flavors spread across the palate, accompanied by balsamic nuances. As it matures, notes of toast are added.

Pairing
This wine is perfect as an aperitif and with seafood, pasta, rice, and white meat based dishes. Pair it with a wide variety of smoked meats, cheeses, and Serrano ham.

Production

The best grapes from the oldest vineyards are selected in the field, where later analyses indicate the optimal date of harvest. A pre-fermentation process is carried out at 8ºC, where the greatest amount of precursors are extracted before fermentation in French and Hungarian oak barrels. The wine remains on its lees in constant battonage for 9 months. Later it evolves in the bottle to achieve the necessary balance in an aging wine.
