タナロ川左岸の砂丘が育てた、白。
タナロ川の左岸に位置するロエロの砂丘から生まれる、力強くデリケートなアロマを備えた白。除梗・破砕したのち果皮を取り除き、ステンレスタンクで醸造します。同じタンクで3か月、その後瓶内で3か月熟成。淡いグリーンのハイライトを纏う、非常にデリケートな麦わら色。フレッシュフルーツやアカシアの花、蜂蜜を思わせる芳醇なアロマ。ドライで調和がとれ、コクのあるリッチな味わいです。前菜や魚料理と。
Tasting note
Appearance: Very delicate straw yellow with pale green highlights. Nose: The aroma is rich, reminiscent of fresh fruit, acacia flowers and honey. Taste: Dry, harmonious, full-bodied and very rich.
Food pairing
It goes well with antipasti, mild dishes such as white risotto, asparagus, gnocchi alla bava and fish dishes.

This white wine, born from the sand dunes of the Roero, located on the left bank of the Tanaro River, has a powerful yet delicate aroma. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified in stainless steel tanks after removing the skins. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks for three months, followed by three months in bottle. The aroma is rich and full-bodied, with notes of fresh fruit, acacia flowers, and honey. The dry, harmonious, and rich flavor is very rich.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
