An elegant and delicate sparkling wine reminiscent of the beautiful scenery of the Loire region in France. The fresh fruitiness and pleasant acidity fill the mouth, and the elegant bubbles make it even lighter on the palate. The aromas of green apple and citrus give a fresh and invigorating impression with every sip, and the delicate nuances of brioche add an exquisite accent. It is an excellent aperitif, and also goes well with seafood and light appetizers. Its sophisticated flavor will add a touch of glamour to special moments.

Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow in colour. Aromatic and floral with hints of dried fruit and vanilla. Full-bodied and delicate on the palate. Fresh and persistent, with aromas of quince and pear.

Pairing
It is delicious on its own, but also pairs well with seafood, Loire fish soup and cottage cheese.

Production
Viticulture

This cuvée is made from selected grapes from the Saumur region. The vineyards are rich in biodiversity and the grapes are harvested from plots with limestone subsoil. The vines are cultivated taking into account the environment and the characteristics of each plot. Located at an altitude of about 90 metres, it is also an ideal location for viewing the picturesque village of Puy Notre Dame and its great church.

Plot

Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and pressed whole bunches without destemming. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve the characteristics of each variety and blended at the end of winter. The ripest wines are blended to preserve the acidity and freshness of the limestone terroir. The wine is aged for a long time on slate to harmonize the three grape varieties and develop a brioche aroma.

Aging: 24-32 months on slate
