The vineyard is composed of Kimmeridgian limestone, and the name of the cuvée comes from the presence of oyster fossils called Exogira Virgula. The wine has a golden robe and a brilliant reflection. The aroma offers ripe fruit, citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit, mango, mellow flowers like old rose, and a slight hint of iodine. On the palate, the aroma of fruit and white spices spreads, with a hint of salty minerality.

brewing
The grapes are hand-selected and slowly pressed. The débourbage (racking) is carried out and the wine is then stored at a controlled temperature.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Natural yeast is used, and malolactic fermentation proceeds naturally. No batonnage (stirring of the lees) is performed, and the wine's condition is constantly monitored through tasting. Only small amounts of SO₂ are used during brewing and aging, with adjustments made at bottling if necessary.
