Tasting notes
An elegant, dry white wine that has aged beautifully. It has a luminous, deep golden color with robust legs. The aroma is rich with notes of Mediterranean garrigue, wild white flowers, and fragrant white fruits. It features an unexpectedly elegant texture driven by minerality, with ripe yet fresh acidity and exotic hints of orange peel, culminating in a long, mature finish.

This outstanding wine pairs well with complex dishes such as white fish from the North Sea, chicken (domestic or game), grilled white vegetables, and aged hard cheeses.
