Dosage 3g/L
Every year, the best varieties are selected from five barrels, and this cuvée is made from a well-balanced combination of three grape varieties from the best plots. It has the aroma of fruit confit, roasted nuts, freshly baked bread, and cherry blossoms. It is fresh and smooth, with hints of spices such as pepper and cumin, and is both powerful and elegant.

About the Winery

Champagne Follet-Ramillon

Champagne Follet-Ramillon

Champagne Follet-Ramillon owns 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne and the Montagne de Reims. The vineyards, located to the south and southwest of the Marne Valley, are planted with Meunier grapes and benefit from the morning dew, providing ideal growing conditions. Chardonnay is planted on the hillsides and enjoys ample sunshine, providing ideal conditions for ripening. Located in the northeast of the Montagne de Reims, Villedemange is the ideal terroir to express the finesse and minerality of Pinot Noir and Meunier.
