Champagne built from more than one grape variety.

Chardonnay's refined acidity and minerality, Pinot Noir's frame and fruit, Meunier's rounded softness. Layered together, they produce a harmony and depth no single variety reaches alone — citrus, white flowers, red fruit and brioche folded over one another. This is the classic style, at ease from the first course to the last.

We think assemblage is where a grower's philosophy shows most clearly: listening to inherited vineyards and drawing one year's harvest into a single balanced whole. These are the cuvées where that craft is visible.
