A blend of first-class vineyard Trois Puy. Delicate and very elegant foam. Beautiful aromas of green apple, La France, pear, lime, ginger, and brioche. It has a pleasant bitterness, minerality and excellent balance. Pure and fresh. This is a very nice champagne with fruit flavors that can be enjoyed throughout the meal.

Uses wild yeast. Young wines are vinified in 15-30hl enameled tanks. Brewed in small quantities in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 36 months before disgorgement. Non-filtered and extremely small dosage (4.5g/l)
