In 1911, Raymond Duval-Leroy created a special wine to pay homage to his predecessors. He combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir selected from the only village classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru in the Grand Vallée de la Marne, Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. He made his first champagne.

At the first tasting, Raymond Duval-Leroy detected a White floral aroma reminiscent of June's "grape flowers.'' Thus Fleurs de Champagne was born. With an elegant touch, this wine is adorned with a delicate, satiny lace of bubbles.

- 酵母：サッカロマイセス・セレビシエ（一般的に出芽酵母、パン酵母として使用）

- 人為的な実施はせず自然な清澄
- 非常に低い亜硫酸含有量（許容レベルの1/3程度）
- ブレンドの半分はリザーヴ・ワイン(オーク樽で9ヶ月熟成したもの）
- 熟成：澱と共に6年以上
