This standard cuvée embodies the timeless character of Duval-Leroy, a wine that has been the subject of constant passion since the company's founding in 1859. Approximately 15 cru and reserve wines are generously added to express complex flavors.

Production

- The harvested grapes are vinified separately for each plot.
- Yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly used as budding yeast and baker's yeast)
- Malolactic fermentation is carried out
- Natural fining, no artificial fining
- Very low sulfite content (approximately 1/3 of the permitted level)
- Ageing: 30-36 months on the lees
- Dosage 8 g/L
