Tasting notes
At first, you can smell the aroma of ripe fruits such as juicy cherries and strawberries. When it comes into contact with air, the delicate aroma of wood begins to drift. Aging in French oak barrels allows the rich aroma of grapes harvested at full ripeness to be fully conveyed. Smooth and soft on the palate. The tannins, freshness, and aroma are well balanced, and the taste is not too heavy and is well harmonious.

Pairing
The light and elegant flavor pairs well with lightly spiced white meats. After a few years of aging, it will pair beautifully with venison, complementing its delicate tannins.

Domaine Vincent et Alexandre Cluzel

Vincent Cluzel is one of the rising stars of the northern Rhone. Coming from a family of growers that sold their fruit to the top winemakers of the region. Vincent began his own endeavor in 2013 after working for Condrieu and St. Joseph icon Yves Cuilleron. His brothe, Alexandre, join the family business in 2017.
