Tasting notes
The appearance is pale lemon yellow, and from the glass the fresh aroma of white fruits such as apples and pears spreads with nuances of white flowers and subtle almonds.
The palate begins with a soft attack, followed by a harmonious balance of a full, rounded texture and delicate acidity. The minerality lingers pleasantly through the finish, leaving a pure, firm impression derived from the granite.
