Pinot Gris Val Saint-Grégoire was once a common appellation given only to the Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties of the Munster Valley. The local, semi-continental climate with its large temperature variations is particularly suitable for the Pinot grape variety.

Tasting notes
Pale silvery yellow.

The bouquet is delicate, with notes of yellow and white flowers and hints of pear and quince.

In the mouth, after a silky attack, delicate and elegant aromas spread. The taste is well-balanced, light and delicate. A rich, aromatic and gastronomic wine.

Aperitifs, foie gras, delicate fish dishes with sauces, partridge, turkey with figs, quail with raisins, Asian dishes, hard cheeses (Comté, Gruyère...).
