Calcareous clay, marl, and Kimmeridgian soil. 45-year-old vines. Wineed in stainless steel tanks and demi-muids. Aromas of green pear, apple skin, and ripe fruit. Very supple and dense, with a delicate, melting fruit flavor. Saltiness from the limestone appears in the finish. Dense structure and a supple flavor that clings to the top of the mouth.
