When Jean-Baptiste Ackerman named his cuvée "Royale," he had only one purpose in mind. And, as he had intended, this "Royale" cuvée achieved a bold triumph by winning the gold medal at the 1855 Paris World's Fair, surpassing even well-known Champagne brands.

Tasting notes
Floral and sweet citrus aromas, with a bright, vibrant, and lively character. It features a mineral note reminiscent of pencil lead, and the fruity sweetness of stone fruits like white peach and apricot lingers on the palate.

Pairing
It is delicious on its own, but also pairs well with seafood, Loire fish soup and cottage cheese.
