Production

The soil consists of blue clay with developed marl and sandstone marl, featuring 95% Grenache Gris and 5% Macabeo. The plot is located in the AOP Minervois and the Cru La Livinière zones. Yield: 25 hl/ha. The blended must is fermented and aged in 500-liter oak barrels and acacia barrels sourced from French forests.
