Grapes grown in clay-limestone soil are carefully pressed at low temperatures and aged for a short period with the lees. This brings out the complex aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits and the beautiful minerality. The taste is mellow and refreshing, with a lingering lime flavor and subtle saltiness. A well-balanced white wine with a sea breeze.
