Technical Data

Cultivation
"Le Clos" is one of the domaine's finest plots.
The high clay content of the soil gives it natural richness and structure.
The terroir is also rich in limestone, which contributes to the excellent acidity.
The vines are very old, averaging 45 years old, and are cultivated using organic farming methods.

brewing
Gentle pressing with a pneumatic press and slow fermentation with natural yeast.
Aged for 12 months in 600L oak barrels (half of which are new).
Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered and only a small amount of water is added to maintain its stability and freshness.
Sulfites added.
