Tasting notes
Beautiful aromas of quince, honeysuckle, and bearberry are clearly pronounced. The palate exhibits an excellent balance between distinct sourness and a creamy, round texture that fills the mouth. Notes of stone fruits like apricot mix with fresh, lively herbal aromas reminiscent of cloves, makes a perfectly harmonious flavor that leaves the mouth salivating.

Viticulture

Brewing

Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in oak barrels while maintaining temperature control. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in old oak barrels for 9 months.
