The 3-year-old vines, planted in rounded pebbles and limestone soil by Xavier, are hand-harvested. They are gently extracted and aged for one year in barrels containing several types of wine

Domaine la Terrasse d'Elise

The estate was created in 1998. Located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. Xavier Braujou started with a half an hectare of vines and has increased his domaine to 14Ha.
