Tasting notes
With a vibrant lemon-yellow color, this wine offers rich aromas of citrus, fresh apple, and stone fruits. Its medium-bodied palate features pure notes of lemon and minerality, balanced by a pleasant sourness and ripe peach and pear fruits. The elegant and refreshing finish is wonderful.

Shellfish, salad.

Production

The fermentation is carried out with wild yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel barrels for 6 months. To enhance its complexity, the wine is bottled and then aged for an additional 4 months.
