Tasting notes
The aroma has beautiful notes of Morello cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, with a hint of pepper emerging when the wine is exposed to air. The attack is fruity, with hints of vanilla and pepper, and it has delicate, crisp tannins. It shows high aging potential.

Production

The grapes are sorted and fully destemmed. The fermentation is naturally carried out in tanks for 2 to 3 weeks with daily punch-downs and, if necessary, pumping over to encourage fermentation. To preserve all the fruit flavors of the wine, it is aged in tanks for 9 months.
