Located in the heart of Burgundy, in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, a few kilometres from Nuits-Saint-Georges, the vineyard is primarily made up of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a touch of Aligoté, planted in the region's typical clay-limestone terroir.
Our winemaking philosophy is based on growing beautiful grapes above all else, and we believe that the essential part of a winegrower's job is in the vineyard, which is why we have been practicing organic farming since 2000.
Once the grapes are of high quality, the winemaking process becomes much easier. To protect the health of the consumer, the amount of any kind of additives that can be used is limited to a minimum.
In the cellar, we base our winemaking on respecting the terroir. We avoid over-extraction and prefer wines with finesse over technical wines. Burgundy has a special terroir, and we believe that expressing it is everything.
