栽培
シリカ質の粘土質土壌の小石が多い区画
持続可能な農業、生物多様性の保全、CO₂排出量の削減といった環境に配慮した総合的なアプローチを実践


醸造
セニエ法で造られるロゼ。収穫後、グルナッシュとロールは除梗し、ステンレスタンクでブレンド。数時間のマセレーション（果皮浸漬）を行い、最も繊細な風味を引き出す。
セニエ法で得た果汁は、テロワールの個性を最大限に表現するため、適度な温度で発酵。
その後、エレガントさを高めるために澱とともに熟成し、一部はオーク樽で醸造・熟成される。
