A Red wine born from low-yield grapevines, boasting deep aromas and rich concentration. It pairs exceptionally well with Mediterranean cuisine, bringing out its charm to the fullest.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Purplish garnet color. Aromas of cassis and cocoa. A smooth and lively mouthfeel.

Pairing
Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif. Goes well with red meat, grilled meat, and cheese.

Production

Vinification is done by soil type and grape variety. The fruit is removed from the bunches.

The Syrah undergoes a short maceration of 7 days, followed by low-temperature fermentation at 22°C.

The Cabernet undergoes a maceration of 3 weeks and is fermented at 29°C. The juice is subjected to remontage (pumping over) and délestage (racking).

After fermentation, blending is done, and the wine is aged in stainless steel and concrete-coated tanks before bottling in the spring.
