This wine uses grapes from two parcels in Montany. One is located in the northern part of the appellation, with marl soil, while the other is situated in the southeastern part with clay-limestone soil. The northern parcel imparts tension and minerality, while the southeastern parcel adds fruitiness and texture. The blend of these two parcels creates a remarkable Chardonnay.

About the Winery

Domaine Aline Beauné

Domaine Aline Beauné

It all started 40 years ago with the installation of Aline's mother on her great-grandfather vines. At the time, the grapes were dedicated to the cooperative. Little by little, thanks to her courage, her determination and her investment alongside her father-in-law, the plot grew. After 15 years as an oenologist at the Domaine de la Crée in Côte d'Or, in 2018 Aline decided to make her own wine. Today the estate covers 5 ha and Aline vinifies and sells 1.5 ha of the property.
