This wine is macerated for approximately 25 days using traditional vinification methods, followed by 15 months of aging in cement tanks. It features a very fruity aroma. The palate is silky and unusually elegant for Cahors, with hints of red fruit and a touch of spice.

This red wine features rich fruit and powerful tannins. The dense aroma of blackberry and black cherry is layered with nuances of spice and vanilla, creating a complex aroma. With aging, it has the potential to gain even more depth, and its charm will blossom over time.
