A soft and appetizing piece

Double-distilled in copper stills from bitter, bittersweet, sweet and sharp cider apples, the VSOP is aged in small old barrels, including wine casks, and is also blended with spirits aged in fortified wine casks to add extra sweetness and complexity.

Ripe apple flavours are complemented by mouthwatering fruitiness, combining smooth elegance with a hint of spice.
