Production

Carefully selected vineyard plots: half of the grapes are hand-picked, and the other half are machine-harvested. Direct pressing, with some whole clusters undergoing low-temperature stabilization and settling. Low-temperature fermentation, followed by blending and aging in stainless steel tanks with lees.
