On France's Mediterranean coast, where the sun-drenched mountains meet the sea, wild juniper berries are carefully picked.

This is how Caviar Blue gin resonates with the deep connection to the land where it was born and the artisan's sensibility. Every step of the process is carefully crafted to bring out the unique character of each and every wild fruit. The delicate aroma of wild fruits hand-picked from the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and rare "Citron Caviar" (finger lime) grown in the sunshine and sea breeze is a testament to the distiller's unparalleled skill. This gin, with its captivating aroma, is the culmination of the distiller's unparalleled skill. Refined on its own, it leaves a beautiful lingering finish when used in cocktails.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
[Aroma expression]
The special aroma comes from the wild plants that grow in the mountainous region.
It comes from wild juniper berries.
It contains over 700 ppm of aromatic compounds, which is 4 to 10 times the amount found in commonly cultivated varieties.

[Precise distillation]
The goal is slow and precise distillation, carefully extracting the subtle, nuanced, and profound flavors hidden within each plant.

[Refined elegance]
The botanicals and citrus fruits that complement the juniper berries are locally, wild or sustainably grown, creating layers of aroma that are a jewel box of delicate, complex and harmonious fragrances.
