Made from grapes grown in fields rich in limestone, this wine is carefully fermented with wild yeast and aged in the bottle for a long time. The zero dosage brings out the pure fruit flavor and vivid minerality. The delicate bubbles burst in your mouth, spreading the aroma of citrus and white flowers. A crisp, dry and elegant wine.

Tasting Notes
It has a beautiful, vibrant golden glow and outstanding long-lasting effervescence.
The first thing you notice is a fruity aroma of red fruits and wood, followed by notes of caramel and cotton candy.
It has a lively mouthfeel, underpinned by a salty acidity.
The foam is smooth and creamy.

Blend: 55% 2021 harvest, 45% reserve wine
