A straw colored wine with gray, almost metallic reflections. A delicate, fruity aroma with hints of bread dough and hay. With its important structure and exceptional elegance, it is a wine of great prestige and nobility.

Pairing
It goes well with a variety of dishes, especially fish dishes, but also with herbal dishes and egg dishes.

Production

Harvesting takes place in late September and the grapes are soft pressed. To better extract the aromas, the must is cryomacerated at low temperatures. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months before being bottled.

About the Winery

Balan

The Balan company was founded in 1962 by a very young Sergio Balan, who thus put to good use the knowledge gained working with his father Giuseppe and his grandfather Jeremiah: both had various agricultural activities, but were known above all as, we would say today, specialized courtiers in the wine sector. During the First World War, Giuseppe, who left for the front, could not take care of the family business. At that time his wife Rosa Stella played a decisive role in the stability of work and the maintenance of relationships built by her husband.
