Domaine Clos de la Chapelle was founded in 2011 when the current owner, Mark O'Connell, acquired land that had previously belonged to Louis Boillot.
The winery is known for its meticulous vineyard work based on biodynamic and organic farming. With a focus on single plots and historic climats, the winery produces elegant and precise wines that express the terroir in its purest form. The wines are known for their aging potential and clear flavor.
We will be hosting a dinner party where you can enjoy five of their cuvées in a private dining area directly connected to Otemachi Station.
The food will be prepared by Chef Kawahara Sota, who is said to have "commissioned many chefs to cook for me, but this was the most delicious."
Please enjoy the marriage of exquisite wines, including Grand Cru, with special dishes specially prepared for this occasion.
