Made with Pinot Noir from various areas in the region. Bouquet of ripe cherry and subtle bitter almond. Juicy, fruity, well-balanced taste with a medium length aftertaste.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Pale, sparkling ruby in appearance.

The aroma of red fruits such as raspberries, cherries, and wild strawberries rises vividly from the glass, with nuances of violets, black tea leaves, and subtle spices adding depth.

It has a supple mouthfeel, with pure fruitiness at its core, but the refreshing acidity and fine tannins tighten the overall flavor, and the aftertaste leaves a gentle earthy and subtle oak aroma.

A wine that combines youthfulness and delicate balance, with an approachable yet elegant style.

Pairing
Roasted duck with red wine sauce, seared tuna with yuzu pepper, mushroom and bacon quiche

About the Winery

Domaine Guillot-Broux

Domaine Guillot - Broux

The estate was created in 1954 by Pierre and Jeannine GUILLOT. In 1978 their son, Jean-Gérard Guillot, came back to Cruzille town with his wife and they created Domaine Guillot – Broux with only 1 hectar of vines. Today Emmanuel et Patrice Guillot, the third generation, is taking care of the family business.
