Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with rich aromas of black currant, cassis liqueur, dry violet and wild strawberry.

On the palate, the supple flavor of berries spreads, overlapping with subtle nuances of chocolate and roasted nuts, while the fine tannins and refreshing acidity support the structure.

The aftertaste is subtly mineral with a lingering bitter chocolate finish.

It can be enjoyed now, but it will also develop further with mid-life aging.
